Particulate Pollution in Philadelphia is a PoisonPit, we are killing our own people

 This is one of my last post, as I am not in good health. I dedicated a good part of my life writing this blog.
   Even though the epa has a reading for "Particulate" pollution, many doctors still dont' know of its consequences. I hope someone will direct them to its consequences especially in places where life flourishes. We are born to live a full life and when its not happening to us, and we are unfairly poisoned, this story has to be told-. beyond almost any issue possible and families must respond to tothe facts with concern because we can't afford to wait for a conclusion that is good when nothing is done to protect our kids!!!!! and our lives in Philly.If you have one ounce of optimism, just read the facts and links and decide if politicians are protecting us here or even close to defaulting to protect us. We are poisoning people downwind from high particulate pollution in Philly especially kids who can't react and move or change their conditions. This is a mortal sin, for everyone else affected close by in Jersey to Southhampton. God bless you, you were poisoned and not made aware. I tried my best to warn people in this area they are being murdered by coal and global warming gases in our region.      Rick Santorum our candidate for President and coal lobbyist did not mention the mineral depletion allowance for coal companies or the oil depletion allowance for oil companies. Coal is not an option. There simply is no way to eliminate the air pollution it causes. Oregon just shut down their single coal fired plant. Too much pollution and no way to control it.  A fool he is but we are not like Oregon we are suffering daily by the tens of thousands from many coal plants Rick lobbied for.. One thing I can guess when you hear ambulances all night; the particulate pollution is high. This goes on and on like its surreal and nothing is done although I read six ne states are suing epa again this year for not taking enough action to stop pollution in this area. You would think for the life of our kids we would default to safety but no money is more important then you and kids lives in US.. I need your help to eliminate coal from this area so our kids live in better health and if you read my blog you know why this is urgent.Please write everyone you know !!! Two years ago I moved from my community to work as the Environmental Justice Director at Energy Action Coalition to help connect local community organizing to the national youth climate movement. Today I am back home in Chicago celebrating a long-awaited victory with my community.
For more than a decade my community has been fighting two of the dirtiest coal-fired power plants in the nation. Today we got the official word that the Fisk and Crawford coal plants will be shut down! After 10 years of community organizing we see the beacon of cleaner air on the horizon, and we can begin to breathe with ease.
This victory is a testament to what can happen when community organizers set their eyes on a big goal, and build the people power and partnerships to make it happen.

Do you know that 8 states are suing the epa AGAIN for not doing enough to lessen the harm from pollution but how many have read about this from politicians and newsmedia? How long can you afford to wait for appeals and cancellations of those reforms from politicians who don't care about the average person here. Philadelphians and people in US must care about  air pollution in Philly and other places affected by fracking and especially coal production and emissions from oil refinieries and cars, factories  and global warming on narrow streets  and with constant high particulate pollution as measured at epa.org... because, not only does Philadelphia often have the most particulates ... . you can't buy protection  from bad air in Phlly and from global warming damages around the world and if its happening to us it could happen to you.The coal companies and polluters who leave such a huge pollution footprint should one day pay if governemt won't protect our children.If you live in Philly its not just spring and summer, I have dozens of airfilters that are black from fall and winter. Pitch black with soot from outside.  I have tried as hard as I could to plead for help from the dangers of this air for people in this area.Inspite of naysayers, I know I tried my best to reach gov people and people like you to try and pressure Washington and state governemet , epa, etc, to provide our families with a better quality of life even if we are just poor people We don't deserve to have major news ignore this murder which I call it which is more important that anything going on in this earth .Its extremely important you read about it now and tell as many people u can there are conspiracies to kill kids and people in America as we speak especailly in PHILADELPHIA. I know I don't have much  time left personally but perhaps my legacy was only this blog. I don't understand how we have become so inhuman like  a  machine deciding to kill off others so other people have jobs.    . We talk about others yet we are killing our own families big time!!!!!!!!!!! WE are killing latinos, blacks and whites way more then average americans and because this poisoning is not instanteous doesn't mean its not happening. Think I am just making this up, COMPARE!!!!, I have and asked lawyers to do the same read this blog.. We don't default to safety it takes decades for small changes when we can mandate them now and default to safety  but don't.  ,, It makes little sense to poison our own people yet that is what is happening in Philly, the most toxic city in America,the worst water in the  country, the dirtiest city, the most depressed, the most toxic citywith most greenhouse gas in America, 4 times more chance of respiratory disease, the most particulate pollution often then every major city , the most days without good air especially in spring and summer and the culmulative affects of living in conditions that I claim sicken and kill hundreds of thousands of people and they are not told about this F rated air and that rating is not my rating!  and if we are learning to kill our own people and God only knows o0ur KIDS  and faster,so others have jobs and not tell them who is next. Some people are being poisoned sooner  and worse  then others and people in Philadelphia are among those in that group! so help me God . I studied this issue for years. Again Philly is below average and what they don't tell you is there is virtually nothing to correct conditions that make your health worse from pollution.

We can easily mitigate the damages or prove harm but there is no desire from press or gov and one wonders why people in Boston and NewYork and Florida and many cities get good quality of life and air, here we give our kids f rated air and  humidifiers when they get sick when  in fact they need clean air  that don't exist to have healthy bodies with. Are poor people the ones who are suppose to absorb our negative energy affects? Our legacy should not be in denial to the most grusome stats in America because the media doesn't go over it. The media doesn't go over inside action in the markets but its real. Don't wait till someone begs you to leave.or you told your health is gone.....People in Philly go to bed with some of the most particulate pollution nightly then most major cities in the us and I assure you the harm if people wanted to know would be chilling.It harms everyone in Philly in every area of the body from lungs to stiffer arteries and compromised health. I urge lawyers to compare how many people actually have died in the past ten years here compared to clean air cities,how many kids get respiratory infections compared to general population, the condition of our air filters compared to say Vorhees NJ, over a year , over all health etc.... the outlay in health care costs compared to people in cleanair cities, the heart disease, respiratory disease rate and you will see this is not idle chatter, this is some of the most important issues possible for people who choose to live here. I claim we are not told of the dangers! The question that begs to be asked is there a conspiracy to harm residents that are poor or of color? If your given this how do you rationalize it, make up false positives? Do you pretend the positives exists? Or do you treat others like our government and polluters treat us? (not exactly lovingly and gentle)... The question I have why such a rigid hold on global warming gases for our energy?Its not only the pollution that gets worse in Philly or the warmer and warmer winters, its our dependency on oil prices that completely controls our economy, its our eventual committment to wars to keep the gas pumping, its the bees dying, its the bacteria that is mutating, but lets get back to more concrete truths: .  It might only be me and many minorities in my city who are dying much sooner now, so those in coal fields have jobs but in a way we are evoluting to accepting killing ourselves and our planet by not doing enough about global warming, pollution and wars and in this city violence too. Do we ask our leaders to set good role models anymore by dictating faster acting safer conditions for our children? Of course not, the gov allows millions to be murdered and they expect the people to blame something in themselves not the constant pollution that I claim has lowered our lifespan and sickened us much more then people in clean air to such a extent that its just a matter of when , when all this is known. .Its not that some don't care they just have no power in this area for some reason!  This is the US and especially Philadelphia  now and what we refuse to talk about can kill us as we speak. How is this allowed to go on ? How is this allowed to go on, how is this allowed to go on?
  There is a big discussion going on about the death of honeybees and how a fly host with vampire tendicies
might be to blame. So others chime in its not global warming after all, Yet are we not jumping the gun. I wouldn't jump the gun and disregard global warming or climate change. The intricacies of nature can be astounding and unimaginable. The fall of one organism or one creature can mean the rise of another. And the organisms or creatures connected to the fallen species are then affected.
This sicken and stiffens every joint every artery over time. No one escapes. .. but don't make the mistake to rationalize it and assume its just as bad everywhere. Either fight for change or move.Remember never to smoke. In my  view smoking should be outlawed. I want to lastly plead to DRs, Researchers and Gov officials and lawyers to use comparison data over the last 10 years from our city to other cleaner cities in every conceivable way and I know this  if published would show the impact and damage this is having on our people.Compare our rate of illness our costs for prescriptions, our use of respiratory drugs,our cancer and overall fitness rates, to others who get allot less particulate pollution.  Many people don't know there is a big difference between NY and Philly beside housing prices. they get much more clean air because they are need harbors and bays near ocean. and yet after goingthere , they are more optimistic of future and have less crime on percentage basis.Here its death closing business, and living in denial! There are so many kids with coughing and respiratory tract infections and all they are given is humidifiers and needless anti biotics when they really need is clean air. This happened last year, a middle age guy died while swimming in a race. A guy at the race commented he did many marathons and rarely does this happen. Its happened 3 times in past year!   What is and has happened to Philadelphia with air pollution is a story that is untold yet very real. We are poisoning our youth. We are poisoning our youth and elderly whats left of them.....Not only don't our kids   ever have a real chance to be national champions in any aerobic activity there is a much much greater chance they will get cancer or disease before other kids . they will spend their time and sleep in bad breathing conditions. Their optimimsm will sour while other kids get optimistic , cleaner and better lives. We are poisoning our future for this city so others mostly whites have jobs..  We are poisoning our youth!!!! We are so help me God poisoning our families much more then most cities. There is more and more greenhouse gas and this basically means dirty air !!!!! this is domestic terrorism because some places get it more and some governors and Senators don't care like in Pa and allow it to continue.Republicans often don't care and enable it.Newsmedia often ignores it.  Rarely do you hear of anti violence actions.Over and over people speed, I want to point to a reason we have little hope for a future here......We give back what we get. Our gov does not help us they hate us.I have seen hundreds of yg kids have hard time breathing. That and a even more recent higher court decision to delay coal clean air regulations says the US hates its own people and will kill offf hundreds of thousands of people before to defaulting to safety . Philly people yet again will suffer more then most. While other kids have parties and expectations of families that care in many communities... we have  minorities and people too poor to move being poisoned in Philly and murdered. everything in my experiences shows strong differences between people who get allot of pollution and those that don't (money and health).Please reread that last sentence its the most important piece of information on this blog. Obama is going to mandate many in inner cities like Philadelphia to a hell they never envisioned . The argument is the epa has too much power along with liberals and jobs taken away: .. but... YOUR not allowed to sue people and energy companies that have been proven to harm enormously.. Is that too much power?. A foreign leader who likely killed or drug dealer you can take their bank accounts legally, and have international force come to arrest  but a corporations in the US that kills enmass? We reward them.  or how about the companies that make more money then any company in US history for decades and they are calling the thousands if not millions of victims of horrible death having too much power?How about Social security disability its bankrupted. Is allowing more gases and pollution going to help that? Of course not its going to add billions to the costs and obama is suppose to be the least of our worries as a democrat! I ask each one of you to please tell others about this blog and tell them for their own safety sake to read it.

From the interaction you have with kids and teachers in school to personal relationships to rude and aggressive drivers to crime- you can try to be optimistic but thru IT ALL ...the core illness will affect everypart of your life and happiness and kill it... You live to see a crime , to get sick and wait to see the next dysfunction or person that is run over by cars, the next ambulance, the next person with breathing tubes.... thats how bad the air is here.. Except even if you don't smoke you will not, ever be in comparative  health to many people across the us who get better air thats how important this is. What I have learned is people often want to be with other people sometimes and they don't care about things that are not told to them. Well on this issue I hope I have informed, take heedence and do something about staying here like attain the real facts. I seriously think that guy who don't like my blog, has read my blog. I urge people to leave instead of listening to health commericals after health commercial and then have most newspapers and tv stations wait to inform BUT NEVER DO ABOUT THE REAL STATISTICS.. He talked that I said there were conspiracies in place to poison people. True or false, our news papers and tv stations almost in unison are worried about study about alcoholism AND TAXES and many disorders but refuse to look in their own back yards for clues to percentages of incidents of any of a number of diseases right here in Philly including and most important, heart and respiratory illness due to pollution and f rated air. There are conspiracies to ignore these things, because viewers who leave the area will not bring advertising dollars. Its time to boycott newspapers and major tv news really! instead listen to facts like possibly fixed markets and being poisoned during warmer and warmer summers AND WINTERS. There are truths you and your family can't afford to not listen to. I know there is a growing hispanic base in Philly and I urge them to read my blog about illness and death in Philadelphi because this pollution is not dealt with like in other areas. Write your politicians tell them your concerned with families and what is not told to us about the air we breath in Philly.

. Another thing I have learned is many people in good air simply don't care aboout people who don't get it and here again mainly because the press refuses to go over the dangers even as much as just talking about dangers of living near highways and heavily traveled streets.
  . Having tens of thousands living in kensington and close by somerset on drugs is not a way to live.. Its simply sad the longer one is here the longer we assure to be  very broken.or dead.  People who simply don't know or too poor to move and stay  will fall ill to their own dysfunction, or life or illness ....way before others in cleaner air. You can believe or you don't have to .THERE IS NOTHING MAGICAL IN A GOOD WAY GOING TO HAPPEN HERE UNLESS MORE IS DONE ABOUT THE POLLUTION HERE .

about elected officers here....that unless people are affected those that are not affected or paid off, simply don't care about those that do. To think our gov is concerned about (corbett)  about kids at PennState and not the millions more who are hurt much much more serisouly by being exposed to toxic chemicals from coal and fracking  and pollution not regulated.....is like lawyers who are allowed to sue for thousands of things daily but are not allowed to sue companies that kill people daily by their exposure to toxic air daily and chemical in the environment. I mean if your allowed to sue except the people responsible for harming you the most!!!!!! says everything about a controlled society.Corbett and our Senators do not care! Remember this when its time to vote.
    To me besides nuclear proliferation there is no more serious problem in the world today especially affecting millions of people in the NE parts of the US ; south of NewEngland, then the daily exposure to toxic air and water without anyone including Yes the epa , from protecting those most exposed. No matter what evidence you produce it seems, little is done to mitigate the dangers.

thats like 18 days so far, but we had one good day july 13,  .Do you believe in conspiracies? Doing the right thing? Getting objective information? Getting fresh air for lungs and body? Well I initially didn't believe in conspiracies but now I do as I think there is a massive conspiracy to allow harm to people in some areas so we have energy. I do believe in getting correct and objective information too and I am assuming you do too. When I look at all my neighbors and relatives and the tens of thousands in the Er I have personally seen,   and those I knew who lived in this area for more then 20 years and are now dead, I almost think again of the holocaust, so many are dead or very sick and its like people should know why bad health happens here much faster. To suggest a mass killing or harming from this air pollution is putting it correct context incredibly enough at least I believe.. I don't think one has to reach to suggest the people in harms way are not aware and often people at risk or minorities, and recent immigrants and many much younger, also the poor  without internet access,.so maybe its easier to market the Phillies if they don't tell people their air is worse  and to allow harm When people talk about illness in this area if they don't tell you percentages compared to other regions they don't tell you full story. How can a conspiracy like this exist? Its so incredible but then again the same craziness if one is objective might be happening in our markets or other areas so I guess the internet is the place you can read about ideas and facts others have..    If you happen to be in this area for long time or polluted area, you will be poisoned slowly to such a degree you have little chance of ever recovering. Combine that with ex smoking or living near crowded streets and your chances for illness is almost guaranteed before average age and average person across the US.Thats strong words but if you read the evidence below and you add up everything said here what more can you believe.or should you believe? People say I believe in conspiracies , but when you constantly lose in markets and are poisoned at home and mass meda  ignores it what do you call it? What if you can't afford to move? I plead for anyone objective to do comparisons and then come out and tell us how we fail in every comparison and how this is the most important thing happening to people in this area. Again I plead with you, to tell others, save others before what I have seen and experienced becomes a sad reality in your families life, PLEASE TELL OTHERS of this blog, I don't have the ability to reach mass media as they seem to censor more then allow my messages to get out.                       .If you live in Philly your quality of life is measured as F rated the worse possible , and not just by me but buy American Lung Association which recently released a report showing better envioroment led to better economies. .  .  Its just sad and incredible that murder by energy companies no matter how subtle is another role model kids have to rationalize somehow in this area. We get practicallly everyday near harm level in summer for Philly air  now and nothing is said or done about this while other kids across the country laugh play and get refreshed with one of the most important things good air daily, their expectations about good things don't get squandered. They don't have to read about fact after fact about their future and health beingharmed, they don't have to be concerned about them not being able to sue the polluters. They have lives based on how much good air and housing they can afford but not here!  US is not protecting everyone evenly , and not even close to equally.  .The news media which should be producing loud protests are bought off like politicians. Even our own democrats in this state are bought off from energy. You would think with so many links to harm in this state, a democrat would help but NOOOPE Not Mr Casey. . It seems like the media finds it much easier now to pump up the Phillies then to talk about the very possibility of harm associated with many risks living in this area from air pollution and even crime . I asked the media why no major reports about these risk factors: (around 30 links) from air pollution and counting ....... , no answer, and they censure me on their supposidly free internet forums... People don't care about anyone else anymore and its worse they will poison you and kill you and harm you if they could make a dollar or those in power think we have to, in order to sustain energy for the country, not to mention censure., These people poisoned and MURDERED are no different then people who need aid around the world except this poverty and disability is caused by US and state and energy policies and directly from energy companies like especially COAL oil and gas production, that allow too much air pollution in some cities.  Too much truth is not what America stands for anymore so it seemsWhat I have seen and claim to be happening..from heat and pollution......... from much more ambulances needed compared to clean air cities- to people being harmed and killed much more often and earlier in life to hundreds of comparisons if anyone  cared to compare .. from percentage of people who are disabled who lived here for longer then five years.. etc, .etc to total income earned in lifetime from here to  people in other cities with clean AIR. Senate Vote, Copd and asthma from particulate pollution and Genocide

While the Princess sister jogs joyfully in good air and former Governor from Alaska and present Senator fromMass. also runs daily mostly in excellent air, people in Portland have daily bike rides and many town outtings, people in Hawaii do haku (spelling) till late at night or early morn, and people across US are living longer even in NY and healthier life, BUT people in Philly slog thru the muck in F rated air and the only trip that seems compelling is the hospital trips and I assure you , your treated like a number there are so many people who need help.Many don't seem too happy or caring what goes on anywhere else.I assure you there are not going to be many people who are healthy living long life in Philly IMMIGRANTS, POOR OR NOT.We are simply not protected equally I believe and being sacrificed for the sake of having energy produced near here.Neither Obama and democrats or Republicans (especially) care.

One of the largest truths never told to Philly residents is quality of air equals quality of life. Our air is rated F which we give our bodies and kids to exist in  .So  WHAT DOES (HE  average youth)HAVE TO LOOK FORWARD TO GROWING UP IN PHILADELPHIA, USA? Beside black airfilters assuming the boys family has one and probably worse lungs, most people, especially poor and downwind from coal with allot of city traffic..will fail in health and other ways to most every other person from a big city or an area that gets less pollution or without the coal downwind.Daily readings often but not always over 90 pp (particulates)at airnow.gov is akin to a poisoning as bad as any other mass poisoning one can get. In addition high gasoline energy costs and hotter weather, gangs, violence, lack of jobs,, without proper filters or airconditioning will make living here worse and worse. Then there is violence and violent schools where close to 1/3 of students don't graduate or get to 11th grade. -1/4 to 1/3 of our children live in poverty while they cut food stamps and rich get richer. Philly has the  worse water, worse daily particulate pollution often then every city, the worse place to exist for health for men in the entire US, the most days without good air then any major city,2nd most co2, most depression then any city in the US assuming you can find a Dr who will see you, most toxic city in America, Second dirtiest city.One of biggest cities with worst school violence, 5x greater chance of respiratory disease and asthma, and much more heart disease and cancer and to top it off higher taxes, and  read the bottom links for proof .If Quality of air equals quality of life, his f rated flunking existance is based on so many links to harm the gov provides to poison him and his family, one wonders what can possibly be worse , or worse to ignore? .Oh I was recently told Philly has one of the highest percent of people with disabilities. Why would a mayor believe or City council believe we can become better thru education when there are so many negatives in Philly especially conditions that cause Illness and death much faster then rest of nation? We do not live as long or as healthy if objectivity ever mattered then people in clean air and it the horrific degree this is going on that is at issue. I urge community leaders and lawyers to start to compare and see how much different life can be betweeen polluted and non polluted communities. .Yes Coal companies are publishing a website clean coal but by and large its still a giant killing machine and clean coal is only utilizing a small percent of plants. Meanwhile the everyday consequences for people living in this area and f rated air, is what really matters What is so lovely about 90 degree heat and particulate pollution abvove 70 almost everyday?Even many times in cool weather too. About people who love life being killed off at age 70 or less while many people across american has tons more vitality and probably optimism. When are we going to see reality and not play victim status? . I have seen the thousands of these people in ERS, I am helpless in my despair of feeelings this is allowed to happed.

They are not going to help undo what Obama has just done. They both voted to restrict EPA’s authority to regulate the pollution that is wreaking havoc on our climate and jeopardizing the future of our economy and our grandchildren. Tell Senators Casey and Toomey that you are deeply disappointed they chose to put our public health behind the financial interests of industry. Clean air and public health cannot be a secondary concern. NOT only that Pa was just named MOST Polluted of all states in short term particulate, a very danagerous condition to live under. particulates are a particularily (pardon the pun) dangerous type of pollution especially for long term exposure.

 Fortunately, most of the Senate knew better and defeated the attempt to restrict EPA’s authority under the Clean Air Act to regulate global warming pollution. We didn’t think we’d have to depend on senators from other states to protect Pennsylvania’s citizens. With Senator Casey voting for a two-year delay in allowing EPA to regulate global warming pollution and Senator Toomey voting for a permanent ban, we are thankful the rest of the Senate had the good sense to defeat these attempts.But Obamas new stance to take back the new rules that would have helped our air is a MORTAL SIN.

Email Senators Casey and Toomey now and let them know they voted the wrong way yesterday. Going forward, they must defend the Clean Air Act and EPA’s authority and funding to stop polluters from breaking the law.

lots of air pollution rated F by American Lung Association and others (failing) especially come late spring and summer (go to airnow.gov to compare), epa says quality of LIFE EQUALS quality of our Air so you can easily understand low quality of life, ,most depressed, almost most respiratory disease, persistently dangerous schools ,up to one in 4 kids has asthma,.and then there is violent crime, What has any leader including Nutter done? even people who exercise I am sure is in way worse condition then people who exercise in clean air but who studies this?  Our kids have no chance of winning anything nationally in aerobic sports  or even nourishing their system positively. ..If your kid is on a cross country team, football team, soccer team , basketball team, in Philly be it college or high  school, or parachoial , you will never see them win a national championship and most likely never a state championshiop the air is so bad now and this isn't idle chatter, its almost certain once late spring and summer comes everyone in this city loses a bit of their health forever.look up the stats if you won't read this in your newspapers. . I challenge any one to show me any team who won  nationally year after year who depends on aerobic activity and has their practices and games played on Philly or polluted streets (judged by airnow.gov). The closer any team is to allot of traffic especially in Philly and many inner cities the less likely they will win is my contention. But its way worse then that, their  health is much worse too and people die years sooner then people with clean air.Particulate pollution:  Its not the only factor in evaluating health but in Philly it has to be one of the greatest ones. .. . While other kids can go out and enjoy fresh air, (you know the white kids in the burbs or near the expensive homes in the mountains and shore and along the coast of California or New England or Portland etc) and enjoy life , their friends and good values and good teachers and education and better work environment. They have real parties where people get real happy for all the right reasons and its not an accident? the kids in Philly  and pollution often are hungry, without 2 parents,obligated to no fresh air during late spring (go ahead check when it gets over 70 degreese here) to whole summer to  literally refresh their system, or summer that is often horrific and  most definitely HARMFUL  and go to dangerous schools and often these families have no means of leaving polluted areas, for recreation cause of high costs of health, food and energy- There is no way to nourish these people at risk except to poison them-and allow the status quo.  I believe at least its a mortal sin what we are doing for them but of course a holocaust always is... both morally and physically and what is worse is that all this is just not talked about This is the reason I see control more important then freedom and doing the right things anymore in the US? People are being murdered while media websites CENSOR my posts wonder why?

So many websites  CENSOR so even if you make sense it don't mean anything because mass media has ten thousand times more ways to reach people but don't care about the most important things possible for this area even mass murder if it goes against their version of the truth..they will talk about eating healthy and not to let kids out of site but if your poisoned or they are posioned they don't care if it hurts their business.  They dont' even let my messages thru. What are they afraid of? Even google often limits my posts in newsgroups. Even if thousands of messages get to our Senators, they don't have to listen. Our markets are fixed , the stocks u are in go down the ones you get out go up....so what good is anything except to protect yourself and family with real truth...We have the least percentage of clean air days then almost every city in America  but its much worse, its harming our bodies greatly we must tell everyone we know. =That is different then most polluted but the ramifications can be just as bad. When I read the news from other cities, concern for crime and other things make sense.When I try to make sense of the utter censorship about pollution here, the muck of a skyline I see when I am on the bridges in spring and sumer the warmer and warmer summers that often bring dirty air., the hardtime breathing, the stats for illnesses, the people who died young here when they should have been experiencing great life...  the violence, the people who are disabled , the people who no longer are alive and died in their sixties instead of 70 or 80s,,the pollution ratings at airnow.gov and all the people I know who are  ill, I realize nothing is sacred even life or quality of life or truth about harming people....all these things just don't matter anymore. Yes freedom is still better then no freedom but you have to assume if freedom isn't coopted by highest dollar. They talk about alternatives yet they hide the most important links possible the correlation between air quality and health every chance they get here.   They say kids need an hour of exercise, but do they say even if the air is not good?  Our childrens health is compromised. I make a promise if you go to a  lung doctor and he says bring in photos and exrays of your lungs, in future it will rarely if ever be better and almost a deadlock given it will be worse no matter how much asthma and respiratory drugs you take. When people talk about exercise you can negate any affects it has if we are getting so many days with so much particulate pollution.Almost half our summer days are near warning level air which is way past normal levels of particulates Our kids are trapped if they are poor when they need positive things the most , instead they are given a punch to their health over and over. I have seen the need for asthma drugs here or worse cancer,  often for kids and its truly sickening that our politicians or newsmedia can't protect them better, yet for politicians to not care about the links to their own families health? Surreal.  Our dependence on fossil fuels devastates quality of life issues in cities like mine  that borders on the incredible. We get so few days of good air and we are not told especially of the health risks because of this. Not all the cities are the same. go to airnow.gov and see how often Philly doesn't get good  I will challenge any body to disprove that most Philadelphia residents are unhealthier then people who get better air.= AND the longer they are here the more the descrepency between unhealthy  residents and people in other areas that are much healthier with better air assuming they ate the same things.. Its not just the disablities in hospitals, I see much less elderly vital people in this city like in the malls compared to elderly in clean air cities I have been too its like I am living in the twilight zone. Like i said what is worse then a slow GENOCIDE HERE IN PHILLY and you are NOT TOLD.     Our cities are now overburdened by poor people who have poor quality of life, poor and violent schools and some more then others.Usa I think is now ranked 25th for quality of life, what has happened in so little time? Report after report says US is losing out in quality of life issues to other countries..   .. Maybe they set up minorities on purpose?  .. I have been to many places in this city and in other cities and I am saying let god be my judge this city is a killing machine of good health. Minorities don't matter even if pollution makes their lives even more horribleIf you or I killed someone the people who do it pay for it  with jail and are scorned and sued , but with dirty oil and coal if it robs your respirtory system, and you lose your health or life, your never paid a cent from the industry that often contributed to it  and made record profits. Its the only industry that has direct cause of harm that is not being made to pay for that damage. On some streets in Philly I see the oxygen trucks  and ambulances are as frequent as seeing Good humor ice cream  trucks growing up hereI am sick you are sick and so we will all be sick rather then change the things that are making us sick.   There is  a  commercial in this area about 39 or 50  people losing their lives on the blvd being run over  and to drive safe but ignore the harm pollution brings to tens of thousands near the blvd because of poorly timed lights and pollution and traffic without walls to contain the pollution. Why the hell does it take half an hour to travel 12 miles in ths part of city?

First a photo of my friends air filter this after 2 and 1/2 weeks , T. So even with filters the tiny particulates are killing people faster in Philly then most cities in America. And mostly after a few days these filters become totally ineffective. Who will tell u that but me? They become so dirty that only after a few days they pump out dirty air as bad as before. So even airfilters affects are only advertised hype and affective not for 3 months as claimed but much less. The real question is why do I, a plain citizen have to tell you this. We should be defaulting to science and safety for our families and we are not even close.   The photos as dramatic as they are still don't show levels of dirt that is coming in from outside from particulate pollution which is tiny .. Imagine paying more money then anything in your life combined for energy and gasoline and electricity that will make you sicker faster then most places and then make you pay huge amounts for healthcare yet again from this reliance.- Its a unreal connectivity of things that are our role models and poor ones at best. At one point in our existence we needed dirty fuel but according to many not anymore . Now we are told about people ill and which hospitals to go to instead.! Not why people are getting sick more often.Why is it taking so long to get away from coal and oil and the wars and high prices and ill health that come along with it, co2 gases and mercury and parituclate pollutionand of course global warming?  Imagine seeing those gas prices sabotage our govt every 4 years and almost bankrupt our economy, imagine this same dependence produce wars that kills tens of thousands of people and global warming  and the trillions  on environmental damage on top of everything else,including trillions in health damage, would someone care to add all this together and eventually change this continued loss of lives and destruction and lethal dependence? The money we often pay to this energy is then used to pay for terrorism and lies (like coal needs Americans to put to work) .Tvs changes for the better, iphones change for the better in months, but our dependence on the same things I previously mention causes censorship in the news because why tell people they are being poisoned when they can make more money killing you and telling you to go hospitals instead and have people employed. Often people don't care if your job kills someone else as long as its not fast and its not them or your not told. Well that is happening in the Delaware Valley because we are downwind from coal and we suffer more from most days without good air then most every larger city in the nation maybe except la,   .    Each year there seems to be more concentrated levels of co2 in the air also, not to mention not just hot in this area but more and more polluted, and its a lethal mix . I hear a weather person says its warm and beautiful I wonder what God must think because its anything but beautiful to have your respiratory system breathe air over 40pm level consistently The only time basically we have good air in this region is from snowstorms, rainstorms and winds from northeast and north, and even then most of the time you can't get outdoor to actually enjoy that clean air.since the clean air happens in storms in our area  Since our winds usually go from the south or southwest especially in late spring and summer....The one thing that is certain , any area like ours in Philly/Pa that has so many days past 40pm particulate matter at airnow.gov  will produce much more illness and make health care an automatic winner for people who choose that profession. We will always see more health care needs and commercials for areas that get more pollution. Its not a puzzle , it makes perfect sense  I am certain for many people, life revolves how fast they lost their health and wealth from oil and coal and maybe cigarettes and especially if a gov don't care about them and when you have illegal immigrants crime and black people I assure you our gov don't care they are being poisoned more.. To sum up what I believe is like trying to describe a holocaust , a desperation request for professionals and lawyers to compare the health of people who have lived here for years to people who have lived in clean air and both populations ate the same things so comparisons can be made objectively and the real dangers known.. I know what the results would bring, everything from stress tests to age of death, to cost for illness, to condition of health would be much worse for people living in this pollution.  Would love to see how people with hepatitis do here compared to other placesThe liver is the place where allot of this pollution has to be filtered for people to keep living. Boy would l love to compare our livers to other cities. I would love anyone who cared about facts to compare and get the real numbers between cities. Remember even my sometimes criticized EPA has a saying quality of life equals quality of air. You would imagine if they believed that, and so many cities has a f rating, you think they would promote tens of changes (immediately) to give kids and citizens a better life cause obviously they know its a dirty and dangerous life bt what is the sense of describing all this if they dont' do anything about it? If You see many happy people here then your in a different world then I am in and you should love the hospitals. Just think about the people left who decided to stay here anyway..its a scary thought, a very scary thought and just maybe why the gov don't care to save them.When your born life is celebrated, when you die or allowed to be murdered there is silence especially in many of the overcrowded hospitals in our city, that is one sad fact that many people will encounter. Suddenly the people who you thought would nourish and hold your hand are often too busy to care about you .

Finally and not surprising there was a link which I am trying to find again which shows that people with a  compromised immune system like Hepatitis suffer way more in polluted air  then with clean air.
